You should have known that most people prefer having lower prices for everything. Not everyone wants to spend months just to get a see-through sword.

How much fun did you get from opening the chest? Its a big game and adding small additions doesnt help, especcialy when there just replicating them from other areas but adding a different access to them. WELL SPOTTED. YOU WIN THREAD

They hyped this addition up as something good, then it was a lame chest, that completley destroyed the economy and ruined part of the game. The reason for this? 'GIVE PVPERS SOMETHING NEW'. I dont pvp because I'd rather do it in a proper game like CSS but im sure they would want a new game mode or just something really new not a chest for golds which they dont need to pvp with.

Either way it happened. Anet has done plenty of things that have "ruined" the economy. People go and QQ about it then get over it. Same thing will happen here. Going to be QQ'ing for awhile then everyone will just get over it.

Stopped caring about high-end items after the duping bug, watching random people with masses of cash they just got from duping ectos and armbraces kinda killed pve for me.

Atleast now people can get a decent cash flow from PvP and enjoy some of the rare skins without having to bid against dupers.

Now the only rare items are non-inscript req7, 8 and in some cases 9's. This chest has flushed all rare insc weapons down the pan, gg

again anet implements an easy to get to easy to acquire object that drops UBER SUPER RARE 1337 items that lose all ther status because everyone and their grandma can get them. Here's a list of objects that drop from this chest....

Crystalline
Dwarven axe
Eternal blade
Stygian reaper
Voltaic spear
Silverwing Recurve Bows
Elemental sword
Zodiacs
Legendary sword
Runic Blade

Runics wernet worth anything after eotn strated dropping them. same wit legendary and elemental swords. also, u can always try to buy tyrian 15>50 versions of the weapons above that are avaible. those will always be rare.

as time goes on more weapons drop, people buy and then demand goes down, it happenes for everything.

these chests jsut promote pvp, with 15 keys i got 5 firewater,3 cremes,3 golds (crappy) and 4 ranger tomes, or somthing like that,low chances of getting that uber-leet drop...
